About your team and mission


We are seeking a dynamic and technically-savvy Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and drive the success of our global sales organization. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and our sales team's ability to effectively communicate value to prospects and customers.


This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen in DevOps/Application Security, exceptional content creation skills, and a deep understanding of sales psychology and learning preferences. You'll work in close collaboration with sales leadership, product marketing, and product management teams to ensure our sales organization is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to exceed their targets.


What You’ll Do:

Sales Training & Development

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs covering:
    • New hire onboarding with focus on technical product knowledge
    • Advanced sales techniques and methodologies
    • Objection handling and competitive positioning
    • Industry-specific use cases and customer scenarios
    • Competitive intelligence
    • New product releases
    • New use-cases
  • Implement gamification strategies to drive engagement and knowledge retention
  • Ability to lead team wide / large format trainings as well as 1:1 rep coaching
  • Comfortable participating in the creation of strategic messaging and positioning statements


Content Creation & Management

  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials
  • Translate complex product features into compelling business value propositions
  • Ensure content is optimized for various learning styles and sales situations
  • Proactively identify when new collateral or assets are needed, and project manage / participate in the creation of said assets


Skills Assessment

  • Conduct regular skills assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
  • Implement certification programs to ensure consistent product knowledge across the team

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Develop and track KPIs to measure sales enablement program effectiveness
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Create feedback loops with sales team to continuously refine training and content
  • Report on program ROI and impact on sales metrics

Who You Are:


You are a high-energy individual who thrives in a quickly moving technical environment. You should be passionate about enabling sales success through education and empowerment. We need someone who can:

  • Simplify the Complex: Take sophisticated DevOps security concepts and make them accessible to sales professionals
  • Motivate and Inspire: Bring energy and enthusiasm that motivates sales teams to continuously learn and improve
  • Assess and Adapt: Quickly evaluate sales team capabilities and customize training approaches accordingly
  • Drive Results: Focus on measurable outcomes and continuously optimize programs for maximum impact


You Have:

  • At least one significant experience working with technical sales teams selling to developers, DevOps engineers, and/or security professionals
  • An ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into accessible sales content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

4. Final interview with the CEO

Eric will detail our company’s vision and ambitions for the next couple of years.
